Voicemail - Greetings and How to Access Voicemail Remotely

Greetings:

 Checking messages or changing greetings remotely:

  • Dial 812-888-2000 (or 2000 if calling from another Cisco phone)

OR

  • Dial your own number, and when voicemail picks up press the “*” key
  • Enter your passcode plus the “#” key

 

  • Press “1” to access your voicemail box
  • Press “1” to listen to your messages
  • Press “2” to change your “Busy” greeting (callers hear this greeting if
    you’re on the phone, or have “DND” turned on when they call)
  • Press “3” to change your “No Answer” greeting (callers hear this greeting
    when your phone goes through its full ring pattern and you don’t answer
    it)
  • Press “4” to change your “Extended Away” greeting (callers hear this
    greeting when your phone goes through its full ring pattern and you don’t
    answer it, however callers are NOT given the option to leave a message)
  • Press “5” to compose and send a message
  • Press “7” to delete all messages
  • Press “*” to go to the Webex Voice Portal
  • Press “3” to go to the “Greetings” menu
  • Press “1” to record your name
  • Press “8” to change your passcode
  • Enter your new passcode plus the “#” key
