How to Embed a Zoom Link in a Calendar Event

How to embed a Zoom meeting link in a Google Calendar invite.

  • Once open, you will click "Create" on the left hand side, in order to create a new event.

  • Add a title, time, and any guests you want for this event. Then, click the button labeled "Add video conferencing"

  • If this is the first time walking through this process you will have to link your Google account with your Zoom account. After you click on "Zoom" a window should appear to "Authorize your account." Follow the on screen instructions. Once completed, a Zoom link will be generated for you to share with your guests in the event.

  • You can now click Save, and you can choose to have all of your guests notified about this event. Your Zoom link is now available to all guests!
