How to reset your VUX password

• Go to vinu.edu in a web browser and click on "VUX". (If you are on mobile and do not see the VUX button click the 3 lines in the top right-hand corner).

  
   

• This will take you to the VUX sign in page where you can go ahead and click "forgot your password?".

  
   

• Enter your VU username in the box and click "Login".

  
   

• Underneath the "Email Token" option, click "Proceed".

  
   

• You will get a password reset PIN number sent to your recovery email address on file. Check your email for this PIN, enter it into the box, and click "Login".

  
   

• You can now set a new password to your account. (Make sure all the password requirements are satisfied as shown).

  
  
  
  *You can now navigate back to vinu.edu, click VUX, and sign in with your credentials.*
