How to add more than one device with Duo

  • To start enrolling a second device, log into VUX but don't approve the Duo request.

  • Click "Other Options"

  • Find "Manage Devices" and click on it. NOTE: You will have to verify your identity before proceeding after this step. You can do this via  DUO PUSH notification to your original device or a security code generated from the duo mobile app on your original device.

  • After you have verified your identity you should see a devices page where you can ADD A DEVICE.

  • Now enter your phone number and follow the on screen prompts. After this you should be able to add a second device to your account!
