What is ZendTo
ZendTo is an Emailing Service used at our university to send Large or encrypted files that Gmail or other mail services would have trouble handling. Gmail and many other services can only handle around 25 - 30 Mb but ZendTo can reach up to 20Gb, which allows for sending files that are a little too big to send through normal means.
How to use ZendTo
First Navigate to the following link:

Select the Log in page and enter your VUX Username and Password:
Select the what process you wish to do, The most commonly used being Drop-Off:
From here you can either drag and drop files or select them from file explorer:
Once you have dropped the files you wish to send you may add a description to each file if you wish, then select "Drop-off Files" to send the files:
Once you have sent the files you will be redirected to the Drop-off Summary page which will tell you when the files will expire and if the recipient has downloaded the files:
