How To Use the Phone Directory

DIRECTORY

• Press the button with the open book symbol on it
• Use the keypad to input the name you’re searching for. You can use first or last. Each key does represent multiple characters so you’ll need to cycle through until the character you’re wanting appears on the screen and then you can enter the next character
  • After you’ve entered in all the characters you want, press the “Search” button
• If you’re having trouble finding someone it means basically 1 of 2 things:
  • They don’t have a user created for them in the system
  • The category selected may not be the correct one. So if nothing is coming up for someone you can select “Category” and then select “All directories”
