voicemail - Changing Your Passcode

Changing Passcode:
- Log in to the Webex User Hub at
https://user.webex.com/webappng/hub/welcome. You can bookmark the User
Hub webpage or you can also access the User Hub through the Webex app by
going to Settings>Calling>Access User Portal (scroll down to this). When you
click on the “Access User Portal” button the hub will open up as a tab in your
browser
- Select “Settings” from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen
- Select “Calling”
- Select “Voicemail”
- Select “Reset Voicemail PIN”
- Input your new PIN
- PIN must contain 4-8 digits and can NOT
contain:
- Your phone number or extension
- The same digit 3 times in a row
- The reverse of your phone number or extension
