Blackboard Login Instructions for Registered Users (VU-X/CAS Login)
 

• Go to https://www.vinu.edu and on the main menu of the home page, click the "VU-X" menu item.  That will take you to the VU-X Login Portal (Central Authentication Service):

• Once you are on that page, Log into VU-X with your VU-X user name and password:

• Once Logged into VU-X, locate the "Blackboard Learn" card on your Dashboard:
  • Please note: If the Blackboard Learn card is not visible, you will need to pin it to your VU-X Homepage Dashboard. Click here for instructions on this process.

• The Blackboard card contains 3 links:
  • Blackboard (Link to Bb account)
  • Blackboard Knowledge Base (Link to help articles)
  • Blackboard Service (Link to Service Request / Tickets)

• Click on the "Blackboard" link and you will be redirected to your Blackboard account:

If you are unable to access your VU-X account, you can contact the IT Service Desk at 812-888-4332 or ITHelpDesk@vinu.edu, and let them know that you are having issues with your VU-X account.
