Book Loan Funds Request

Used to request a loan of Book Funds.
Book Loan Funds will be available the first 3 weeks of each semester.
A registration hold will be placed on the account if the student fails to meet this responsibility. 

The criteria used to award a book loan are as follows, the student must have:
1) A cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher (high school GPA for freshmen).
2) Registration for current semester.
3) A completed FASFA on file and eligible to receive benefits and/or has met financial obligations with the University.

The student is responsible for repayment of this loan on or before the arranged repayment date.
