About the Event Calendar
The Vincennes University Calendar is the university's central source for information about upcoming campus events. The Vincennes University Calendar Request to Display an Event submission does not replace any event approval procedures or approval processes. The calendar is solely a communication tool used to showcase and highlight our University events. Calendar events will be available for viewing by both internal and external stakeholders of the University. Please be considerate of information and images used to describe your event.
When will events be posted?
Published events will generally be posted within 72 hours of submission. The calendar editor reviews newly requested events regularly. If an event does not appear to meet Vincennes University event requirements, it will be removed from the system. Publication of events is at the discretion of the calendar editor.
Calendar Event Approval:
All College and Community Event Display Requests will be approved by External Relations or assigned to a campus location calendar editor.
All Student Affairs/Academic Affairs Event Display Requests will be approved by the Vincennes University Dean of Students.
