How To: Submit your photo for your student ID

Note: the preferred browser for this process is Google Chrome

1.  Click Upload Student ID Photo on your VU-x, or follow this link: https://idx.transactcampus.com/accounts/vinu-edu/vincennes-id-card 
    
2. Select the camera icon next to the portrait.
    
3. You will be asked to provide an email address.
    
4. If prompted, please disable your pop up blocker. Follow these instructions for Safari or Google Chrome.
    
5. You will see a list of instructions for your photo and your camera will open. Follow these instructions and take your photo.
    
6. Your photo will begin processing. This can take a few minutes.
    
7. You may be asked to retake your photo. Once you have a photo that works, select submit.
    
8. You will receive an email letting you know when your image has been approved.
