Go to vinu.edu in a web browser and click on "VUX". (If you are on mobile and do not see the VUX button click the 3 lines in the top right-hand corner).

This will take you to the VUX sign in page where you can go ahead and click "forgot your password?".

Enter your VU username in the box and click "Login".

Underneath the "Email Token" option, click "Proceed".

You will get a password reset PIN number sent to your recovery email address on file. Check your email for this PIN, enter it into the box, and click "Login".

You can now set a new password to your account. (Make sure all the password requirements are satisfied as shown).
*You can now navigate back to vinu.edu, click VUX, and sign in with your credentials.*
