voicemail - Changing Your Passcode

Changing Passcode:

  • Log in to the Webex User Hub at
    https://user.webex.com/webappng/hub/welcome. You can bookmark the User
    Hub webpage or you can also access the User Hub through the Webex app by
    going to Settings>Calling>Access User Portal (scroll down to this). When you
    click on the “Access User Portal” button the hub will open up as a tab in your
    browser
  • Select “Settings” from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen
    • Select “Calling”
      • Select “Voicemail”
        • Select “Reset Voicemail PIN”
          • Input your new PIN
          • PIN must contain 4-8 digits and can NOT
            contain:
            • Your phone number or extension
            • The same digit 3 times in a row
            • The reverse of your phone number or extension
