RESETTING YOUR VOICEMAIL PIN FROM A WEB BROWSER

  • Open a web browser and go to the following URL: https://settings.webex.com/login. You should see
    the following page:

  • Enter your VU email address and click “Next”. You may be redirected to the Vincennes University CAS sign-in pageUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  • If this is the page you are directed to then enter your VU credentials and sign in as you normally would. Once you’ve verified your identity through the Duo authentication app you will be redirected to the Cisco Webex User Hub:Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

 

  • From here click on the “Settings” button:Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  • This will bring up your settings options. Click on “Calling”:Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

 

  • Then click on “Voicemail”:Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

 

  • Then click “Reset voicemail PIN”:Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

 

  • This will bring up a box where you can input the new PIN you want to use. Please note the listed requirements and then click the “Save” button after inputting your new PIN:Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
