RESETTING VOICEMAIL PIN FROM THE WEBEX DESKTOP APP
Open the Webex application on your PC or laptop. Click on “
Call Settings
” in the bottom left corner; a small pop-up box will appear. In this pop-up box, select “
Open Call Preferences
”
You will then see this screen:
Hover your mouse over the right half of this box & scroll down to “
Access User Portal
” and click on the link:
This will open a tab in your web browser to this page:
Enter your VU email address and click “
Sign In
”. This will open up one of 2 pages depending on whether or not you’re already signed in any University systems. If you’re not, then it will open the Vincennes University CAS sign-in page. If this is the page you are directed to, enter your VU credentials and sign in as you normally would:
Once you’ve verified your identity through the Duo authentication app, or if you were already signed into the Vincennes University CAS system, then you will be taken directly into the Cisco Webex User Hub:
From here click on the “
Settings
” button:
This will bring up your settings options. Click on “
Calling
”:
Then click on “
Voicemail
”:
Then click “
Reset voicemail PIN
”:
This will bring up a box where you can input the new PIN you want to use. Please note the listed requirements and then click the “Save” button after inputting your new PIN:
