Go to vinu.edu in a web browser and click on the 3 lines in the top right-hand corner, then click on the "VU-X" button.

This will take you to the VUX sign in page where you can go ahead and click "forgot your password?".

Enter your VU username in the box and click "Login" (Please avoid using autofill and type your username in manually, ensuring it's in all lowercase).

Underneath the "Email Token" option, click "Proceed".

You will get a password reset PIN number sent to your recovery email address on file. Check your email for this PIN, enter it into the box, and click "Login".

You can now set a new password to your account. (Make sure all the password requirements are satisfied, once the password is sufficient you can scroll down and click "Change password").

*You can now navigate back to vinu.edu, click VUX, and sign in with your credentials.*
If you experience issues changing your password from your mobile device, we strongly recommend that you attempt this from a computer or laptop. Instructions on how to complete the password reset on a desktop or laptop computer can be found at the Knowledge Base article below:
