Resetting your VU-x password via Smart Phone

How to Reset your VU-x password on a mobile device.
Navigate to vinu.edu and click on VU-x. Next click on forgot password.
Type in your preferred email address on file.
CLICK ANYWHERE OUTSIDE OF THE EMAIL FIELD
and then select send.
Check your email including your junk folder for the password reset email. If you still have not received an email click send again.
Copy the URL by holding down the link and selecting copy. Paste this link in the open browser you initiated the reset from.
You should now be able to create or reset your password
.
If you continue to have issues changing this from your mobile device, VUIT strongly recommends that you attempt this from a computer or laptop. If you continue to have issues after trying it from a computer or laptop, please contact the service desk.
