How To: Submit your photo for your student ID

Note: the preferred browser for this process is Google Chrome

1.  Click Upload Student ID Photo on your VU-x, or follow this link: https://idx.transactcampus.com/accounts/vinu-edu/vincennes-id-card 
2. Select the camera icon next to the portrait
3. You will be asked to provide an email address
4. You may be asked to disable your phones browsers pop up blocker. If you are, follow the instructions here for Safari, or here for Google Chrome
    
5. You will see a list of instructions for your photo and you camera will open. Follow these instructions and take your photo
6. Your photo will begin processing. This can take a few minutes.
7. You may be asked to retake your photo. Once you have a photo that works, select submit
8. You will receive an email letting you know when your image has been approved.
