Why won't the password I received work?
 

  • Issue
    • You have already completed the password reset process, but when you went to enter in the password it would not work. 

 

  • Environment
    • VUX login portal

 

  • Resolution
    • Copy and paste the password you were sent instead of typing it. When you do this you must also be sure that there are no spaces at the end or beginning of the password when it is copied.

    • The password is Case Sensitive, meaning, it must be typed exactly as it is seen. I typically recommend copying and pasting the password into a Word Document, and then changing the size and style of the font to Times New Roman, or a similar font. This font may help tell the difference between whether the character is an I or a 1 or a L.
