- Your name (VUX username also helps)
- Your A number
- Description of issue, including pertinent details:
- Specific course(s) the issue is occurring in
- Specific item (assignment, test, discussion board, etc.) the issue is occurring with (if any).
- Device and browser you use to access Blackboard
Once we have that information, we can either investigate your issue, or follow up for additional details.
