How to Embed a Zoom Link in a Calendar Event

How to embed a Zoom meeting link in a Google Calendar invite.
Open your Google Calendar (
https://calendar.google.com/
)
Once open, you will click "Create" on the left hand side, in order to create a new event.
Add a title, time, and any guests you want for this event. Then, click the button labeled "Add video conferencing"
If this is the first time walking through this process you will have to link your Google account with your Zoom account. After you click on "Zoom" a window should appear to "Authorize your account." Follow the on screen instructions. Once completed, a Zoom link will be generated for you to share with your guests in the event.
You can now click Save, and you can choose to have all of your guests notified about this event. Your Zoom link is now available to all guests!
