After you have completed the request form, a ticket confirmation message will be sent to your email account. Your ticket will be placed in an IT queue where it will shortly be assigned to a technician who will work with you to resolve your request. Before a technician can go to the dorm, they will reach out to you via telephone first, if you do not answer they will try to contact you by email. The technicians are not allowed to enter your dorm without somebody there, so if you do not answer, they cannot stop by.
