A project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service or result. A project is temporary in that it has a defined beginning and end in time, and therefore defined scope and resources.

Some project requests do not evolve beyond the research and evaluation phase. This is completely normal as we strategically align projects.
Project requests encompass assessments of proposed new software applications, upgrades or enhancements to existing software, the formulation of new policies or procedures, hardware implementations, and various other initiatives.
VUIT encourages the submission of project requests for evaluation. We appreciate your collaboration to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and information systems.
